Wonderful views of the "Wilden Kaiser". NB: The dishwasher will not be available until the winter season 2006/7!

Going: Villa "Schönruh". Above Going, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: lawn sunning area, indoor pool (10 x 4 m). Table tennis, terrace. In the house: lounge with TV, sauna, fitness room, solarium (extra). Ski storage. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 500 m. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Bathing lake, 1 km. Sauna in winter included, extra in summer. Additonal large lounge area around the fireplace with TV and seating/dining area for up to 18 people. NB: strict no smoking policy in the house!
