Open kitchen (3 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Bath-room, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The 1-room apartment on the lower floor has a separate entrance. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn.

Very old, simple chalet "Le Gros Caillou", 2 storeys. Above Zermatt, in the district of Obernhäusern, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the woods edge, 500 m from the ski-run, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Steep motor access to 300 m from the house, except in winter 500 m. Footpath to the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Gornergrat" 1.8 km, underground station "Sunnegga" 1.2 km. Mountain lift 1.2 km. Walking routes from the house. Access to the chalet from the "Region Sunnegga" ski runs. In winter one can ski to the next bus stop and catch the bus into town. Taxi can only get up to 300 m from the house then on foot only.
