Flims-Grosswald: Small, cosy single-family house "Holzerheim". In the district of Conn, outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the woods edge, in the countryside, on the golf course. Private: meadow. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Shop 4 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Flims Post" 4 km, bathing lake 2 km. Mountain lift 4 km, ski school 5 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Drive to the house (3km) via a natural/hiking path. NB: No access to the house by car from May to the end of August from 10:00 to 17:00. One can eat at the "Conn" restaurant nearby. Beautiful hiking paths from the house. Bathing at the Cauma and Cresta lakes, approx 30 minutes away by foot.
