Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm), 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm), 1 double bed. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 children's room with sloping ceilings with 4 sleeping possibilities and cable-TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 sleeping possibilities. Exit to the balcony. 2 balconies, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. The living/dining room is a cosy hunting parlour with a large bar - the room can hold 30 people. There is a large wood-fired oven in the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements on the loft floor are mattresses, ideal for children. The 3 additionalbeds consist of 1 exra bed and 2 mattresses. NB: Bed linen and towels must be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival! Amount to pay for cleaning and for children and toddlers.

Floitersberg 4 km from Wagrain: Enjoy wonderful peace and quiet 1000 m above sea level near Wagrain - cosy, rustic large working farm, built in 1936, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). Private: natural state grounds. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station 10 km. Skisport facilities 4 km, ski runs 4 km, ski school 3 km. Please note: car essential. Right next door is a stop for afternoon coffee (Jausenstation Grub), which is open all year round. The next ski lift is just a few kilometres away whichwill bring you to the Wagrain ski resort - Ski Amade with 270 lift systems and 860 km of piste. There are approx. 40 adventure hiking tours on offer in summer. Next door is a barn with cows and pigs - lots to discover for kids!
